Returns & Exchanges

At Pilcher's Shoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back into their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
